Tracey Rissetto – Chartered Accountant: working the numbers on your investment
Tracey Rissetto has been a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years, with 10 years of experience working with commercial entities, including developments, leasing, and Body Corporates.
Tracey’s accountancy background means she enjoys the numbers side of the business, working out a cost-effective management plan that strikes the right balance between generating income, meeting all regulatory requirements and maintaining the property’s value as a commercial premise.

Phil Durham is a registered electrician, with 30 years of experience in commercial property, and is proficient in maintenance, fit outs and refurbishments.
Phil is experienced in carrying out property inspections, with an eye for spotting potential problems early. His project management skills give him the ability to organise repairs and renovations and work alongside contractors.
