Initially her job was to manage the keeping of accounts for over 20 companies, Trusts and Body Corps we are involved in. She has over time taken on extra work involved in the Property and Body Corp Management of over 40 tenants and dealing with all aspects from Leases to day to day management of multiple tenant sites and stand alone tenancies.
During her period of employment some of our companies have undertaken redevelopment of their properties, some of these have been over $8M projects. Leading up to these projects she has been involved in the leasing, planning, budgets and implementation of the project. This while still continuing her role as Head Financial officer and Operations manager.
Our group of companies continues to develop properties and Tracey’s role will continue albeit on a reduced time component. In short with her efficiency and work ethic she has partly worked herself out a job.

The original Management Agreement was taken over by a new lease company in December 2004 and Tracey became the administration manager for the Management Company. In this role Tracey has shown herself to be diligent at record keeping and administration, paying due care and attention to all matters of managing the on site managers, co-ordinating contractors when required and maintaining QualMark requirements. Tracey also has strong financial / budgeting skills and has liaised with the appointed Property Managers on Body Corporate issues so that at all times the relevant rules were represented and adhered to.
During this period, the complex has been involved with extensive remediation work for water issues, which necessitated co-ordinating professionals to assess and repair the identified issues. As well as legal proceedings and court action with local Authorities, Tracey maintained communication to all parties in a timely manner.
I have found Tracey to be knowledgeable in all aspects of Body Corporate Operation Rules (introduced under the Unit Titles Act 2010) She has a collaborative communication style, which strengthens her interaction with multiple personalities and professionals.
